Princess reserves the right not to honor any published prices that it determines were erroneous due to printing, electronic or clerical error. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Princess shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

18. Dispute Resolution, Binding Arbitration, Class Action Waiver 争议解决，有约束力的仲裁，放弃集体诉讼

Use of this Site, these Terms and the Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Chinese law, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts or choice of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to use of this Site or these Terms and the Privacy Policy shall be submitted to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Shanghai Branch (“CIETAC”) for arbitration. The award is final and binding. Such arbitration shall be conducted in Shanghai in both English and Chinese languages in accordance with CIETAC's arbitration rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration. The arbitration award shall be final and binding upon the parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the foregoing provision, the parties shall have the right to bring judicial proceedings to obtain preliminary injunctive relief at any time during the pendency of arbitration proceedings, provided that such preliminary injunctive relief shall be subject to final arbitral decisions.

EVEN IF THE APPLICABLE LAW PROVIDES OTHERWISE, YOU AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION AGAINST CARRIER WHATSOEVER SHALL BE RESOLVED BY YOU INDIVIDUALLY AND NOT AS A MEMBER OF ANY CLASS OR AS PART OF A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, AND YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO WAIVE ANY LAW ENTITLING YOU TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.

You also may be subject to additional Terms and Conditions that are applicable to certain parts of the Site.
